Not exactly what I hoped for but still a good book...

It's changed my life. Admittedly this may not be the best diet for everyone, but at the very least he addresses the problem of determining whether or not this diet will work for you. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn about who was this great theologian/Christian.
